From the moment we met Alexis and his team we knew that we wanted Lex Projects to work with us on our home extension and renovation project – and we certainly haven’t regretted our decision!
We have had many different trades people work on the project and all of them have been extremely efficient, polite and considerate to both us and our neighbours and the quality of work is truly exceptional. Alexis really does have an excellent eye for detail.

We've done a building project before so we were aware of what we were letting ourselves in for... but Alexis and his team are a different breed of builder. On-time, on-budget and to an excellent standard of finish. Not only is Alexis a brilliant lead-contractor... appearing onsite every couple of days, remembering all the details but his team is also excellent too. Their individual skills were of an excellent standard and they seemed very aware of what the next tradesmen would need from them and how to leave their section finished so as to make the next tradesman's job easier.
Alexis also provided a very detailed estimate via their Quantity Surveyor which gave us confidence in the pricing we were given, and made the invoicing process much clearer as we could all see what had been delivered to date.
We had a fantastic experience working with Alexis and his team. In particular, communication before, during and after the build was completed was excellent as was the attention to detail and finishing. And they managed to fit in even more storage than we had planned!
We have worked with Alexis and his team for over a year on a fundamental refurbishment of our contemporary home. All spaces being very visible in such an open plan house required an extremely high quality of work and finish.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and any queries we had were quickly resolved and communicated well by Alexis.
We are soon to begin our second project with Lex Projects and this in itself is the best recommendation for the team that we could give.
We completely remodelled our house in 2019 and needed a very good contractor with sufficient experience to partner our architect and interior designer and make the plans real.
